2026 Superintendent of the Year Nominations

The North Texas GCSA is approaching a very special time of the year when we honor the many deserving members who have demonstrated an above and beyond effort and commitment to their golf facility, their association, and their profession. Since 1972, the North Texas GCSA has honored a Superintendent each year with first the Superintendent of the Year Award, and as it is known now, the A.C. and Garry Bearden Superintendent of the Year Award. Each year, the winner is honored at our Annual Awards Banquet in January.

If you feel a Superintendent is deserving of this recognition, please complete this form and/or submit a single page letter expressing your support. Recommendation letters are due no later than September 25, 2026. A committee comprised of the past five winners as well as two current NTGCSA Board members will evaluate all submissions before presenting a slate of candidates to the membership for a vote.
