2026 GCSAA Conference and Tradeshow Scholarship

As a way to honor the memory of former NTGCSA President, Mike Upchurch, the North Texas GCSA is sending a deserving Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Equipment Manager (all non-affiliate members) to the 2027 GCSAA Conference and Trade Show in New Orleans, LA. The scholarship will cover the cost of registration (GCSAA Full Pack, not All Access Pack), round trip economy airfare between DFW and New Orleans, 4-nights hotel stay (budget of up to $289 per night), a $50 per day stipend (up to $200), and registration for ONE ½-day seminar. 

The scholarship is intended to assist North Texas GCSA Members whose club does not normally pay for them to attend the conference, though all are welcome to apply. The applicant selected will be asked to write a short article for the Spring newsletter recapping your experience and how you benefited from attending the conference.

Application Requirements: Must be a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and/or EM member of the NTGCSA in good standing at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Applicant must also be a member of GCSAA (applies to Superintendents, Assistants, and Equipment Managers only).
