2025 North Texas GCSA Turfgrass Scholarship
The North Texas Golf Course Superintendents Association (NTGCSA) Turfgrass Scholarship offers educational aid to a student currently attending or enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a degree in Turfgrass Management (or a related field) with the intentions of becoming a golf course superintendent. Applications will be reviewed by an independent committee consisting of the NTGCSA Scholarship Committee chaired by Roger Meier (Omni PGA Frisco). All decisions of the committee are final.
Eligibility
The student must have worked or be currently working at a golf course located within the North Texas Chapter of the Golf Course Superintendent's Association. The current supervisor of the student must be a member in good standing with the NTGCSA. The scheduled time frame of work must be within the dates of January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. The student does not need to work this entire time, but must complete a tenure of work, which will be reviewed by the committee.
The student must be enrolled full-time at an accredited institution of higher learning or, in the case of high school seniors, must be accepted at such an institution for the next academic year.

Students must complete and submit the application below along with your MOST RECENT OFFICIAL transcript from EITHER High School or College and TWO letters of recommendation (one academic and one personal).
